- I led the rapid growth of Ørsted Malaysia’s IT operations, expanding the team from 64 to 178 skilled professionals. - I managed a skilled team of nine senior SAP Basis consultants responsible for round-the-clock operational support. By embedding ITIL best practices into every aspect of project, change, and incident management, we ensured stability, compliance, and exceptional service quality across critical SAP systems

- I assembled and guided a team of six offshore SAP Basis consultants to architect a complete SAP landscape on VMware vSphere. I also managed SAP sizing, capacity planning, and onshore–offshore coordination to ensure maximum efficiency.
